The 2010 Enduro Six Days Enduro (ISDE) will take place in Mexico

Franco Acerbis, founder and president of Acerbis S.P.A., with his continual support of this event, met Mr. Luis Otero, from the Mexican Motorbike Federation, Mr. Alfredo del Mazo Maza, Mexican Secretary of Tourism and Mrs. Alejandrina Becerril Monroy, General Director of Tourism, to discuss the possible venue for the event.
The selection has been narrowed to Guadalajara, capital city of the Mexican state of Jalisco; Toluca, a city located in the center of the country and a very important commercial site; or Tequila, a town, also in the state of Jalisco and famous for giving its name to the well-known drink, as it is one of the places in which it is manufactured. The decision will be made in February 2009.
The organization of the Six Days in Mexico takes the event again to the South American continent, three years after it being held in Chile. 2010 will be a very important year in Mexico, as the country celebrates the bicentenary of its independence. It will be the first time Mexico organizes the 6 Days and an entry record is expected, as it will also be the first time that Cuba will be able to participate as a team. As part of the preparations for the race, a contest has been organized for the design students to create the official logo of the 2010 Enduro Six Days.
